04FAQ
What if the site gets hacked?
We get in touch, secure the site and restore it from a backup. Cleaning up a hacked site has a fixed price agreed upfront – it isn’t part of the monthly fee.
Are content changes included?
No, the fee covers maintenance and security. Text changes and fixes are €70 an hour.
How long do I commit for?
You don’t. Cancel by e-mail for the next month and we hand over the last backup.
What about personal data on the site?
We sign a GDPR data processing agreement with you. Backups are stored separately for each client.
